Hi Guys! I wanted to give you a quick update on how my bulk is going. I took some new pics and shot a video showing my progress. In the pictures I am up to about 198 pounds, which is 6 pounds heavier than I was when I started my bulk. I am also right on pace because my goal was to gain about 2 pounds a month. I know that muscle growth is a slow process and if I am putting on weight too fast, then I am putting on way too much body fat. Now, since the Christmas and all the cakes, cookies and partying, I am up to about 201 pounds. I did not limit myself at all, ate whatever I wanted, and just did my usual workouts and added in a little extra cardio. The little bit of body fat I put on as a result of Christmas celebrations is no big deal, since I am still relatively lean and can still see abs. If you don't have a physique or bodybuilding show, or some kind of photo shoot, than a couple pounds of fat at Christmas time is no big deal.
So here is the video I posted on my Youtube page. I do want to caveat it with the fact that I have no tan and the lighting in the room I shot the video in was horrible. You will see what I mean. It makes me look a little smoother than I really am (smoother meaning lacking definition).
Check it out and let me know what muscle groups I need to focus on on the next 3 months to bring up! Thanks guys!
